Concrete5 Blocks Not Working Properly

Hello,
Everytime I try to add any html to the html block...or add text or content to the content block...and I press "update", no information is saved. No widgets, no text, no nothing. Then, when I click on that particular block to edit it, the block is BLANK...like I did nothing at all. Please help.

what addons do you have installed, do you have security wall installed? try disabling that.
I have lots of blocks installed, but the problem blocks are the html and content blocks.
I have a firewall, but that should not affect what happens on the other end. Once I paste the html or type the content in the html or content blocks, those words/characters should stay. Remember, I can see the html or typed content when I paste or type it into the blocks, but when I click update it all that stuff dissapears (like I never typed or pasted anything at all).Furthermore, I am under the impression that the html or content I input into those blocks is stored or processed at another server...not my computer.

I disabled the firewall. It still acts the same. Everytime I try to add content or add html to the html block it all disappears upon updating. PLEASE HELP!!!! I am trying to run a business.

he meant the security wall addon in the marketplace, not a firewall.
Ok. That security wall is uninstalled. I still get the same problems though. Any thoughts?

can you edit it with an account other than the super user?
