A bunch of files are being looked for in /updates/concrete5.4.1.1/concrete/ that aren't being found:
http://thenanoscoop.com/updates/concrete5.4.1.1/concrete/css/ccm.ba...
http://thenanoscoop.com/updates/concrete5.4.1.1/concrete/css/ccm.de...
http://thenanoscoop.com/updates/concrete5.4.1.1/concrete/images/log...
http://thenanoscoop.com/updates/concrete5.4.1.1/concrete/js/ccm.bas...
http://thenanoscoop.com/updates/concrete5.4.1.1/concrete/js/jquery....

Maybe you updated Concrete5 then moved the update files to the original core ( /concrete/ ) ?
If so, make sure to remove the update line in /config/site.php (probably the last line) that tells the system to look in the /updates folder.

Thanks for the help. I had changed permissions on the folder cause google kept crawling it. I had completely forgotten. Should I include it in robots so google doesn't craw /updates/ folder?

Yeah, Firebug is a great extension if you're using Firefox.
If you're using Chrome or Safari there is also the Web Inspector which is very handy for troubleshooting (in Safari you need to "show Develop menu" in Preferences > Advanced).

A little OT, I love firefox! but I need to start playing more with chrome and safari. On a side note, the IE Developer tools have proven very useful, as much as I hate to admit it :)

FYI for the eight Opera users in the world, Opera has a set of useful developer tools and utilities called Dragonfly:

We test our blocks and packages on the big 5 before shipping (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome and Opera), and Dragonfly is useful for troubleshooting issues that crop up on Opera that don't appear on Firefox, usually spacing/sizing issues (Firefox/Firebug are our default development tools).
