Confirmation email

Hello folks !
I would like my new site's subscribers to confirm their account by email, but they don't receive it.
In Report > Logs, I see that the confirmation has been sent but I don't see it in my mailbox.
The strange thing is that I receive every email except this one.
Does anyone have an idea to solve this ?
