Confirmation of form for user - form biuld by Concrete

Hi
I have question and clue.
I would like to create form using Concrete tools. In this form I have input type e-mail.
When user fill form and click send I would like to get notification (admin) and send to user mail with confirmation (can I set up a text ?) to filled input (e-mail type).
It is possible? Maybe free add-ons?
