Newbie here,
I dont have scrapebook nor am I am able to connect with the community and I checked all settings? Any ideas

What is the error that it gives?
The message:
"unable to generate a marketplace token.please ensurethat allow_url_fopen is turned on,or that cURL is enabled on you server. If these are both true, its possible your sites's IP address may be blacklisted for some reason on our server. Please ask your webhost what your site's outgoing cURL request IP address is"
Ipage advised me that cURL is enabled

I had this problem and after loads of searching i didnt find the answer but i managed to figure it out !
On my hosted server was i spotted a section called outgoing connections (may be a little different on other servers).
In there was a list of blocked and allowed IP addresses. I spotted the C5 IP address had resolved and listed the C5 domain name but this was all under BLOCKED IP. I clicked add to ALLOWED IP for the C5 site.
Once the IP address were allowed it worked fine for me. I connected to the community and installed the theme perfectly :-)
