connect to website

I already have an account but I cannot connect to the website to download a theme. I keep getting an error saying that I need to enter a website address but I cannot find a window where to enter this website address, where should I enter the website address in order to connect to concrete5 website?

Might this have to do with setting a "site name" in Dashboard > System & Settings > Basics-SiteName ??

it worked, but now I have the name of my website on every page of my website. How do I get rid of my website name?
