Contact Form has stopped sending email suddenly

Hi there,
I got a contact form set up on my page http://www.room66.at, the basic form from core.
Until Nov 2nd the email notification worked, I got an email to tell me there had been a form submission.
On 6th ov Nov and also two days later there were submissions and the email notification was not sent. OR it didn't get through.
Can anyone A.) Tell me how I can find out if the email was sent or not? Are there any logs I can look into?
B.) If the email was not sent, what can I do about it?

I don't think this issue can be connected as it started later than the editing issue. But of course it could be
I am no expert but for the last couple of months I thought this form didn't work no matter how hard I tried to make it work then today I checked my spam box and that's where gmail was storing them. The most obvious thing I over looked worth a try, btw I cannot get gmail to stop doing that.
well I thought of that, but it would be strange for emails to go through without a hitch for a year or so and then suddenly land in spam. Anyway, I sent a test meail myself today, and this time it went through again. Don't know what's happening. I thought maybe there was some log to see if the mail was actually sent or not so I could determine if it landed in spam or simply was lost by my email hoster
Has hosting provider changed anything?
