Contact Us Form not Sending Mail

Hello,
The Contact Us Form for my website is not transmitting the email message from the form on the page.
I have tried both PHP and SMTP methods. Neither version is working. The Email Tests are functioning properly.

Are there any errors showing in the log dashboard > reports > logs?
I was not seeing any issues in the reports from the site.
I was able to set up the SMTP method with the site. It appears there are issues sending email messages from forms like these to AOL addresses.
