Containers pointing to my tools directory which doesn't even exist in my directory structure?

All of a sudden some of the styling on my site is pointed to my tools/css directory instead of the style sheet in my theme? Have no idea how this happened and since that directory doesn't even exist in my site.. I have no idea where to go to change these styles? Please help!
normally you would look for main.css... I would think tools is specific to your theme maybe?
