Content Block Forbidden Error

When trying to add content in a content block I get the following error:
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server. mod_jk/1.2.35 Server at [website] Port 80
The error only occurs when trying to add more than a few lines of text. So adding a few words will publish correctly, but a whole paragraph will produce the error.
Any ideas on what is causing the error?
