content block >insert link to page > pretty URL error

unless it is me, but i use pretty urls' and if i use content block and hightlight some text to create a link, it gives me the option to view all site pages and choose one.
However, when i do this, the link it gives me is the type used if pretty url is off. so it gives me a 404.
Any clues anyone please ?
