Today, when I was editing the content in a content block, the images in the toolbar randomly disappeared. The one's that have a scroll down menu like the color section still appears. I've tried all that I could to fix this. I tried clearing the concrete5 cache, switching from to simple and office and back to advanced, editing content blocks on different pages, editing new/old content blocks, and using different user accounts (both as an administer). Note: As I went to go get a picture to upload, the toolbar images suddenly returned. I am still going to post this in case it returns, or you need to use this as a reference for bugs.
