Content Changes Disappearing

Hi all,
I'm building out a new site with the most updated version of C5. I just installed it fresh two days ago on my server, WebHostingHub.
C5 has been losing content that I've changed. I will make code/text changes in a text block, save and exit the block, go to the Designer, make a few updates, and then come back to the page I was editing, and the changes are all gone.
Is this happening to anyone else? It has happened multiple times, and I am getting frustrated.

I have cleared the cache, and turned off all caching.
How often will I have to Publish? Saving and Publishing after only a few changes slows the process down significantly.
I've had to recreate the changes in a particular text box 3 times.

Only publish at the end. I was just checking you hadn't simply forgotten to publish at all.
Not the same thing, but I tend to lose data within the 'Custom CSS' part. I'll make changes, save, publish, and it reverts back to what it was earlier. I just link up my own less file now. Report back if you find a resolution.
Its worth checking with your hosting company to see if they are running a back-end cache program such as Varnish Cache or Cachewall as these can produce the effects you are seeing..
Thanks for the tip! I will do that.
I will check that and report back. Thanks for the direction.
I just got off of chat, and they don't install those types of programs on a shared server. Maybe it is just a slow server problem?
- Publish the page after saving
- Clear the c5 cache
