Content Editor not displaying correctly in 5.4
Permalink
When I edit a block using the content block the right hand side of the TinyMCE Editor is slightly cut off. My client is on a windows NT machine and he cant see the top or the bottom. (See attached). Which means he is unable to more the content editior around the page or edit easily. Can any one help with this problem.
You could try Dashboard -> Settings and edit the height in the Rich Text Editor settings. It looks to be taller than normal and at normal size, the editor should work fine on a 1440x900 screen.
Did try this and it did improve the display problem a little but my client still couldn't see the top of the Block to move it around but could see the cancel and update buttons at the bottom.
i think some CSS from your theme might be interfering
I have checked it in Windows Vista and it displays no problem so I dont think it is anything to do with css, it seems to be a problem with Windows NT.
So Is there any workaround for this issue in Windows NT? I have a client who's running into the same problem and I really don't want to have to rebuild the site because she can't get to the edges of the edit window!
I've tried the dashboard resizing of the edit window (all the way down to 580px x 350px!) and she still can't get to the"update" button.

I was having a similar problem, though not on a Windows NT machine.
To fix it I went into Systems & Settings > Rich Text Editor. I changed my Tool Bar set from Advanced to Simple. Now the toolbar doesn't jump above the fold when I edit a content block.

I agree with Mnkras it sounds like a css conflict,
Try changing your theme to one of concretes basic ones (Greek Yogurt)
and see if it makes a difference,
Also,
You are viewing the site via a browser, in your case "Firefox" and not directly via Windows NT, You could try another browser, Google Chrome for instance...

Your page header is referencing a css file that does not exist
Could be relevant..
"/themes/swishmaster/css/960/reset.css"
