Im a beginner and need help
I build a preview of a site in:http://www.plafones.com.mx/nuevo/....
For this site I buy a theme and others add-ons.
Now I want to copy or move all to:http://www.plafones.com.mx/nuevo/...

I need a step by step instruction, because I dont Know nothing about programming.
