Copy page / sub pages

I am trying to copy pages from one section to another in the sitemap. This is for one page with 6 subpages but all i get is the rotating icon for hours which I have to then refresh the page and find its only done some of the move.

Is there anything I should do to speed things up or a tool I can analyze what is going on.

I've had this and it was my server response times.

Use:http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ to check where the block is. There is a key to the graph at the bottom which you'll need.

Sorted it for me.

thanks, I decided to move the site to a mamp server on local machine. I still get the problem and wonder if there is a max amount of pages that you can copy from in c5 ?

I just need to see if its failing somewhere or is taking ages to complete
