Can anyone spare the time to explain how to do this please?

I am rebuilding a site and had trouble importing the old database (everytime I did Concrete got sick and started behaving oddly)

So I decided to re-install and build things back up with t adev copy of the site.

So far so good (and lengthy). But I would like to copy and paste bits from one db to the new one, guestbook comments for instance.(And if that works the gallery!)

I tried exporting btguestbook and btguestbookentries from one db and importing them to the new one.

It all worked well and the entries are in the new database but not displaying..

Obviously what I know about Databases is zilch. How do I get these puppies to display.

I imported the guestbook and the entries but no dice...

Any brave soul want to explain this a bit (only if you've got nothing to do you know...)
