Could not edit my site, then tried to update and it locked me out...
A designer built a personal site for me through C5 and recently when I logged on to make some changes, I wasn't able to do so. The editing blocks just weren't highlighting, so I had no tools to edit. The designer is really hard to reach, so I decided to search for some updates. Once I updated, or thought I did, I got locked out of the site completely. In fact, there is an error message at my address rather than the site (see below). Just moved to a new area and it is crucial that this gets sorted out ASAP. Not finding a "live chat" window for immediate help, so I'm reaching out here. Not technologically saavy, just want to update my webpage. Help?!
This is what the page says:
"An unexpected error occurred" then in a pink box, it shows this:
mysql error: [1054: Unknown column 'Pages.cIsActive' in 'field list'] in EXECUTE("select Pages.cID, Pages.pkgID, Pages.cPointerID, Pages.cPointerExternalLink, Pages.cIsActive, Pages.cIsSystemPage, Pages.cPointerExternalLinkNewWindow, Pages.cFilename, Collections.cDateAdded, Pages.cDisplayOrder, Collections.cDateModified, cInheritPermissionsFromCID, cInheritPermissionsFrom, cOverrideTemplatePermissions, cPendingAction, cPendingActionUID, cPendingActionTargetCID, cPendingActionDatetime, cCheckedOutUID, cIsTemplate, uID, cPath, Pages.ctID, ctHandle, ctIcon, ptID, cParentID, cChildren, ctName, cCacheFullPageContent, cCacheFullPageContentOverrideLifetime, cCacheFullPageContentLifetimeCustom from Pages inner join Collections on Pages.cID = Collections.cID left join PageTypes on (PageTypes.ctID = Pages.ctID) left join PagePaths on (Pages.cID = PagePaths.cID and PagePaths.ppIsCanonical = 1) where Pages.cID = 1")

you need to know what version you were on
2nd it is possible that your designer created hard-coded pages that could not be edited
