Country List Location

Hello,
I'm trying to find the file or location that has the countries listed. I am using Community Store and want to only list the countries I sell to. It uses the same list as on the:
/dashboard/system/multilingual/setup
Choose Country page. How can I get it to only show Mexico, USA and Canada?

I'm afraid this is much more complicated than that. All of the countries are stored in json files in the /concrete/vendor/punic/punic/code/data directory buried in other directories and I don't think that changing them is a wise idea. Is there something you can maybe change just in the store instead?
I found a way to edit the app.php file to get the results I want.
