Create 4 columns pagetype in custom package

HI Friends,

i created a package in that i want show my blog view.php result in 4 columns page, by using default pagetypes i can't get it because all are just left or right or full ... , so i want create a new page type in that i want show blog image,title, content...

any one please help me how can i create a new pagetype with 4columns and what is folder structure?
