Create an article from existing html file

Hello,
I'd like to convert my single html file into a concrete 5 article (blog post or single page).
The html has some images and css in its subfolders. I'd appreciate if I can upload the whole folder and tell Concrete 5 like 'Take this index.html as a new blog post' but I'll make all css inline if I can't.
I'd would also like to keep meta tags like description in the html file if possible.
Could anyone tell me how can I achieve this?
