Hello, for a while now we have been collecting email with the Mailing list add-on.

It now seems obvious that we need a privacy policy.

what I would like is to add a link in the footer that would open a small pop-up window containing the policy.

This window should have a close button.

In the best of world, this page would be excluded from navigation (and possibly from page list)

Can somebody help me with the code needed to do such a thing. I know very little about programming...
