From what I can see the only way to creat a stack is to do it from scratch. Would I be right in assuming this?

I would love to find a way to turn all my existing scrapbook items into stacks in one go, but I can see no way to do that. Problem is while scrapbook items have been preserved there is no means of accessing them in page edit mode any more so they are about useless.

As I cannot see any way to paste an item from clipboard into a new stack, I can only assume the only way forward is to start all over again - or am I missing something?
