Creme Shoppe issue

I'm a newbie, and while not a bona fide IT pro, I'm no slouch, either. I just purchased the Creme Shoppe theme, and I can't even figure out how to change the name of the darn thing from "My Site" to the actual name of my site! Could someone give me a clue, please. The install videos aren't much help.
