Critical multilingual site failure in latest concrete5 8.5.4 version

The multilingual site mechanism doesn't work in latest concrete5 8.5.4 version.

Please fix it, and let me know when available, so that I can continue the site setup asap.

The site ishttp://memoriespad.com

When the language flag on home page is selected, the site hangs... and ends in the following:

504 Gateway Time-out
nginx/1.10.3 (Ubuntu)

On my iPhone, in Safari web browser, it works.

On my laptop however, and also another laptop, it doesn't work. I have now tested it in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox with no success.

Is the latest Concrete5 version made for Apple's web browser only? Seems so...

On my iPhone, in Safari web browser, when cache has now been deleted, it doesn't work in Safari...

Conclusion is that it doesn't work on any device any web browser...

While awaiting support, I managed to fix this myself.

The reason for the non-operating language switcher mechanism was found to be the cache setup, where I had turned Off absolute all cache due to the resulting madness with tons of caching files on the cache folder...

What's the reason why the multilingual site does not operate when no cache? By the way, when having no cache, it works only for users logged in... for the guests, the site hangs and ends in no responsive site for all guests and users...

The problem is back again... I think this multilingual concept is useless... when clicking a flag, the site no longer respond... and server has to be restarted...

For the guests, the language flag click ends in site down time and server restart need.

For the logged in user, it works...

Is the multilingual concept dedicated logged in users only?
