Custom Page for Each User Account

I'm VERY new to Concrete5 and PHP.
I was hoping someone could help me in the simplest terms possible.
Here is what we need:
1) When users login they are directed to a custom page with information specific to them such as links, etc.
I figured out to do this by creating 1 customer in 1 group and then 1 page for each group but with over 200 accounts this is too much work.

Enable Profiles Just enable profiles it will make them automatically 1 page each.
If I enable the profiles will they have to be public?
The links I want to put on these pages will link to confidential pricing.
I want each user to only be able to see their custom page.
