Custom Template button gone

Hi,

if I try to edit a block the "Custom Template" button is gone. I recently updated to 5.6.0.2. Anyone experienced a similar issue? Am I overlooking something?

Is this happening on ALL your content areas? Advanced permission enabled? Ive never seen this behavior before.

Advanced Permissions are off. Yes, this has happened to all my content areas.
