Im not a developer and dont do coding. How do I set up a custom Form to Insert into side Bar?
If you know how, please explain where I go to do this.

Do you wan to use the Form block, or External Form block, or just take a ready HTML form and paste it there?
I dont really mind....which ever is the easiest option!
