I was just wondering if someone could explain step by step how to get this fonthttp://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/jenna-sue... as an option to use on my site. Also how would I go about making the navigation bar use that font to.

You should take a look at my how-to on using custom fonts:

This will require modifying the source code for whatever theme you're using.
