Dashboard Disappeared! Please Help!

OK, here is what I did. I added an html block. I copied and pasted "the code" from mailchimp.com to make an "evil" window popup 2 seconds after the pages loads. I published my site, and everything worked great!...except, my dashboard is now gone. I go to the bottom of the page and click login, it takes me to the login page...I log in, and nothing happens.

I really have no idea what to do now!

Please, any suggestions would be appreciated!

Marcos

You are seriously my hero!! Actually it was my toolbar that disappeared, but you just gave me access to my dashboard, which I couldn't get. Now I have to figure out how to remove the "code" from that box on the front page so that I can get my toolbar back. Thanks again!!!!

I had a similar problem with Mailchimp, it has to do with the javascript in the code (jquery). I tried a few things but didn't have much time to mess around with it, so as a workaround I ticked off the 'no javascript' box on Mailchimp and installed that code, which worked fine.

A feature request I have for c5 is the ability to disable an html block in edit/dashboard mode, like the Youtube or Google map blocks do.

I've just posted that my Dashboard has disappeared on my mac after all was working fine on the web server earlier. I can reach the Dashboard with your suggestion but can't close the Welcome box with the X.
Any help you can give me will be gratefully received. As a newbie, I don't know what could be wrong.
Thanks.
