Dashboard Login and Internet Explorer IE 10
Permalink
Hello Folks,
We have a problem with the dashboard login screen and internet explorer 10 on Windows 7. We'd be grateful if anyone else could confirm or deny they have experienced this problem, and suggest any solutions.
When accessing URL such as below:
http://example.com/dashboard
Problem is as follows:
- Blue Sign-In button does not appear (no submit button on form)
- You can't see what you're typing in the Email Address and Password fields
- Page cuts off after the Email and Password fields... fields expected to follow such as Forgot Password and Register etc do not appear
We've tested and are experiencing the same problem on multiple computers, and with multiple sites across multiple servers.
We've confirmed it works fine in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Could you confirm if you're seeing the same problem, or if it works fine for you in Internet Explorer 10 then let us know that too please :)
Our server config is pretty standard, but we have full root access and so are able to adjust any PHP/Apach2 settings if required.
Help appreciated, Happy Fruit Bat

Hi,
Further info, we've confirmed it seems to work fine on another Win7 IE10 computer. And so that's two it doesn't work on, and one it does. Very odd.
We've tried resetting IE 10 settings to default and disabling all add-ons (not really anything much installed, we don't actually use IE, just need to support it).
We've tried creating a new, fresh user account on an affected computer and have confirmed the problem persist.
Odd isn't it? Suggestions welcome!

We should also add that we're running latest version:
"Currently Running 5.6.2.1"
We were having same problem prior to upgrade.
We've tried clearing the cache.
We've also tried forcing non-compatibility mode with Apache HTTP header:
Header set X-UA-Compatible "IE=8"
