Dashboard permission in mobile/tablet view

hi, the issue i have here is in mobile/tablet view, the dashboard items are still there even i remove the permission in system page. In desktop view, it works fine. Users who don't have permission to view thing like sitemap won't see the sitemap link under dashboard. However, the link still appear in mobile/tablet view. Is this the intended behavior?
