There are several pages of content missing from the dashboard, most notably everything under System and Maintenance. The tabs are there (Jobs, Backup, etc.) but when i click on them the content area is empty. There are also some tabs missing in the Sitemap section, but this isn't as critical.

The main issue I have is that i need to index my site for searching. At this point i don't really need anything else in that section, so if there's a quick PHP script I could put together to force it to do an index, that would be fine.

Any help is much appreciated.

I'm using 5.3.3 (5.4 had serious issues when i installed it) on a Hostgator server.
