Database Backups are not working anymore [edit]

The Database Backup function is not working anymore.
I can delete old backup but I can’t create a new one.

The "Run Backup" runs 31 seconds after that time I got an white page.
In the Safari timeline I found an 500 Internal Server Error with this process.

(Concrete 5 5.6.0.2)

[Edit] I think i found one thing: the server has just 30 sec max_execution_time,
but I cant change this…

Thanks for any help and ideas!

Hello,
Unfortunately, once your concrete5 site gets to a certain size and/or age the in dashboard backups typically don't have enough time to run on many shared hosts. With that said there are other ways you can make a backup.

Here's some documentation about some ways to do that.

Here's some docs from cPanel on how to backup your site if your shared host.
