Default slideshow...

Noob question... I am making good progress in setting up my site and am modifying a copy of the Plain Yogurt default theme - but have one question about the slideshow...
I have edited the slideshow in the header just fine, but as it warns, it is a local set of edits, not global. It says: "This block is an alias of Page Defaults. Editing it here will "disconnect" it so changes to Page Defaults will no longer affect this block."
So where do I go to edit the thing in the template, so its not "disconnected"?

Got it.
Wish I had worked that out a few hours ago ;-)
Thanks for the clear instructions.

No worries, it's not the most intuitive piece of C5, so it's understandable. :-)

Thank you, Thank you! That was very helpful. I was growing weary of updating that slideshow for every new page I created. Would you mind helping me understand how to reverse the damage I've done by editing all those global block instances into local blocks? How would I replace all the modified local blocks with the newly updated global slideshow block? Any help or comment is appreciated.
For that page, go into your Dashboard (admin area), click on "Pages & Themes" then, click "on the "Page Types" tab that's above the themes. Here you'll have a list of "Page Types" click on "Defaults" for the type you want to change, then your changes will cascade across the site.
Hopefully that was clear enough, if not let me know I'll gladly help you.
