Default Template/Theme not centering.

I have added the logo and populated the left and right topmost contact blocks, the center one is not centered. This happens the same way when the window is resized and I also added other pages and it happens there too.
See attached file for screen capture.
Also notice that the left and right content blocks are different sizes.
I removed the content to show you a better example with boundary boxes around them.

I edited the message, deleted and re added the image. It worked for me. As for the theme name it is the default that came right with 5.7.5.6. I only saw the name 'Theme' under> Design. CSS, Yes. I have used CSS to integrate Zend carts into existing site using their color scheme.
You work on elemental? And you know basic CSS?
