Define a new site – doh! –SORTED

After succesfully developing (in a local MAMP environment) my first concrete5 site with a custom theme an'all, I would like to define and build another.
Whenever I log in I go to my existing site.
How do I define a new site? I have another folder set up ready to go in my themes folder.
Is there a window where you manage all your concrete5 sites and log in to this site or that site.

I sorted it. Created a new database in MAMP and reinstalled concrete5 for the new site.
I guess this has to happen everytime.
