Delay After Publishing?

There seems to be a ~5 minutes delay before anything I publish becomes visible on screen. This goes for everything from hand coded things, to composer to even page attributes. I can clear the cache in the browser & C5, but doesn't help. Anybody have any insight as to why this is happening? Or how I can fix it?

Version: 5.7.5.9

Are you using any server side caching?
