Deleted administrator from site

hi I accidentally deleted a user account from the site that was also my administator. Is theree any way to get back into the dashboard?

Can you just recreate the account?

the super user cannot be deleted, so login as the super user

Thanks mnkras, I had deleted my administrators group but thankfully not my Administrator (was able to return to dashboard with this account). Phew.
