Deleted image block

I deleted the image block functionality that was originally installed. How do I get it back?
did you delete the folder itself?
I reinstalled the image folder as an add on block and it worked but now when I go to add an image I click choose image but when the file manager comes up it is completely blank. No place to add a file, nothing! Please help!
