Deleting a Block Item

I am working with a new hosting environment. I installed 5.7 (Core Version 5.7.5.13) and all checks were green, installed with no issues. I began creating/editing pages and discovered that I am unable to delete block items. When I click delete on any block (text, picture, google map, etc) the blue bar slowly loads cross the top until almost at the end all while the circle in the right corner spins. I have waited 15 minutes while this is happening. I receive no error message or timeout. I have reviewed permissions both in the database and file system. I have double checked the php.ini for settings.

Have you watched the developer console to see if the ajax call gets a server 500 or anything like that? Are there any errors in your PHP error log on the server?
I wasn't getting any error message in php or anywhere else I have access to review logs.
But I was able to solve the issue on my own.
For anyone that is having this issue, it was local cache, cookies, or some other history issue in chrome.
I switched browser's for some other testing and I was able to delete the blocks. I went incognito in chrome and I was able delete anything I wanted.
I switched back to regular chrome and I was unable to delete anything. I tried just removing the site cache but I was still having issues. I went into history and delete all history for the domain and I finally was able to delete the blocks again.
But I was able to solve the issue on my own.
