Deleting blocks in 5.7.5.10

Hi, I can't seem to delete blocks from the standard elemental theme on a fresh install.
I can edit everything, but when trying to delete blocks, the loading bar keeps loading and eventuelly when it reaches the end, nothing happens and a waiting gear keeps spinning.
I tried to install another theme and it has the same problem.
How can I fix this?

* Clear cache.
* Check console errors
* Twice jquery load mabye?
* Are you sure this is "clean" theme (you dont add any assets and/or code?).
* You install empty site or "full"?
