Deleting never ending crone jobs

On my concrete5 site,
I have two crone jobs which was created by add-on author. Now they are running since 3 months but does nothing.
What happens if I delete them ?

They do something. Why delete this cron jobs? Maybe later you need them!
Very simply, if you delete them, they won't do what they're supposed to.
In your case, those are cron jobs installed by the watermarked image package. Those jobs periodically regenerate watermarked images so when you upload new images or create new thumbnail sizes, they will be watermarked.
Without them, unless the package also offers a way to do it manually, your images won't get watermarked
