Designer Content addon giving error

I've used Designer Contet countless times in the past, at least 10 times on 10 different sites and never had a problem with it. Now, on a new site, I'm getting this error when trying to create a new block:

Page Not Found
No page could be found at this address.


And the page that it tries to access is: index.php/dashboard/blocks/designer_content/generate_block/

Don't know what to do.

Edit: Where exactly is that path in the FTP so that maybe I can upload the "designer_content" directory manually.

I would re-install the package. Download the archive from the C5 Marketplace (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/designer-content/... ) and un-zip it to your local machine. You will end up with a 'designer_content' folder which should be uploaded to your root/packages folder. Then go to Dashboard->Block Types->Designer Content" and refresh the package.

Give'r a go.
