Designing a page - flipped into HTML edit only

I have a web page that has lost it's WYSIWYG editing buttons. Something has triggered the page into editing with HTML only. Other pages on the site open with the usual design features and buttons at the top of the Edit window. I can take it back to an earlier version if have to but looking for help to return the page to allow simple editing without wrangling with HTML. Thx.
I'm not sure if this is the same probloem, but my tinyMCE Editor seems to have flipped out also? See attached, is this what you are seeing? It's like a content block editor without any buttons, and the styles/format/font family/font size appear as a link? I have no solution yet, but wondered if I have the same problems as you. NB: I don't have this problem on other pages?
Some Clues... My problem page has some Page Layouts, "Flash Audio" and "Expander" blocks, do you have any of these on your problem page?
Interesting to note. With the earlier case, we figured out the problem was simply that my friend had added an HTML block instead of the Content Block. And then later missed the WYSIWYG edit buttons.
