Disabling nav/menu text that appears below the header?

Hi Folks,

This is probably an obvious one, but I've yet to figure it out.

I'd like for the Nav/menu text to not appear in the body content of the page (e.g., HOME gets repeated right below the menu in the body text -www.www.heidenau.cityweb-consulting.com)....

How do I make this go away? Thanks!!

It looks like you have something in your theme that is outputting that page name there. If this is a theme from the marketplace than ask the theme author (click the "Support" link in the sidebar of the theme's marketplace page).
