Display PDF based on date

Is it possible to display a pdf file based on it's creation date. The client would upload the file and the block would display the new pdf based on its creation date. This would display the latest info and keep past info online, available..

You might want to check out the document library. It has a lot of flexibility.

Or maybe the File List Pro might work.
