Does it feature a newslist?

I've installed a demosite, and I can't find an intuitive way to create a newslist such as the one you'll find under "latest updates"http://www.concrete5.org/help/building_with_concrete5/updates/...

Is the newslist built in? Is this a module?

play around with the page list block, that's what we're using.

Guess I was to fast to publish the post... Changing the template for the pagelist will solve this.
