Don't receive registration confirmation mail

Hello everybody !
I want people to be able to create user account with captcha and email confiramtion. The issue is that I don't receive that email in my box.
The strange aspect of this problem is : when go in Report > Logs, I can see that the email was sent. When I validate it from the confirmation link avaliable in Reports > Logs, I receive the confirmation in my mailbox that my account is created.
I don't understand what is happening.
Can someone help me ?
