Downgrade Concrete Version/PHP Limits

The Concrete update has conflicted with my website and somehow its exceeding its PHP limits even when my hosting provider has increased its limits. Without this downgrade I believe the webpage will not work. Is there anyone who can help me downgrade the page?

The best downgrade is to apply the backuped files and database. Do you have a backup?

I do have a backup from August. Do you think the issue would be fixed if I restored this?
